• Catalogue Collection: custom sublimated kits based on base patterns, with crest, sponsors, names and numbers.
• 100% Custom Design: a design created by our studio from your sketches. Its feasibility and final price are confirmed before anything is charged.
• On-screen colours are a guide: they may vary slightly depending on the monitor and the fabric.

The minimum order is 5 shirts per design. Prices include VAT and are applied by volume to the whole batch of each line:

Volume gifts (per order): Premium Captain's Armband at 10 shirts; Custom team scarves at 20 shirts. Shipping costs are shown before you confirm payment.

1. You configure the design and enter the roster (names, numbers and sizes).
2. You pay securely with Stripe (Catalogue) or send the request via WhatsApp (Custom).
3. We send you a digital proof of the design for approval. We don't make anything without your go-ahead.
4. Once approved, the design and roster are final.

Standard production time is 5 to 10 working days from final design approval, plus 24–48 hours of shipping. These times are a guide; if anything is going to be delayed, we'll let you know.

Because these products are made to your specifications and clearly personalised, the right of withdrawal does not apply, in accordance with Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU and Article 103(c) of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users). This does not affect your legal warranty against manufacturing defects.

If you receive a garment with a manufacturing defect or one that doesn't match the approved design, write to vortexteamcf@gmail.com with photos within a reasonable time of delivery and we'll replace it free of charge. The 3-year legal guarantee of conformity for consumers applies. Errors in roster data approved by the customer are not considered defects.

By uploading crests, sponsor logos or sketches, you confirm that you have the right to use them. We reserve the right to refuse designs that infringe third-party rights or are offensive. Designs created by our studio may be shown in our portfolio unless you tell us otherwise.

These terms are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence. For any dispute with consumers, the courts of the consumer's place of residence have jurisdiction. You can also read our privacy policy.
