Question 1

Is there a minimum order?

Accepted Answer

Yes, 5 shirts per design: it's the minimum batch for top-quality sublimation. From there, the bigger the team, the better the unit price, with automatic volume discounts and free gifts at 10 and 20 shirts.

Question 2

Does the price include a custom name and number for each player?

Accepted Answer

Yes, the unit price includes full sublimation of names, numbers, crests and sponsors with no hidden surcharges of any kind.

Question 3

How long does delivery take?

Accepted Answer

Standard production time is 5 to 10 working days after final design approval, plus 24–48 hours of express shipping.

Question 4

Can I see the design before it's made?

Accepted Answer

Yes, always. We send you a 3D digital proof so you can review and approve every detail (crests, sponsors, names and sizes) before it goes to print.

Question 5

What format should I send crests and sponsor logos in?

Accepted Answer

We accept vector files (SVG, AI, PDF) or high-resolution images (PNG, JPG). If you don't have them in good quality, our design team will vectorise them at no extra cost.

Question 6

Can we order single shirts later if a new player joins?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We keep your team's vector patterns and colour codes so you can order individual repeat shirts at any time with exactly the same look.

Question 7

How much does it cost to add a crest and sponsors?

Accepted Answer

€0 extra. Because we use HD technical sublimation, printing includes all crests, sponsor logos, names and numbers at no additional cost.

Question 8

Does sublimation peel off in the wash?

Accepted Answer

Never. Unlike vinyl or screen printing, sublimation fuses the pigments directly into the fibres of the technical fabric, so colours and logos won't peel, crack or fade with use.

Question 9

What if my design isn't in the catalogue?

Accepted Answer

Choose the “100% Custom Design” option. Our creative team will adapt your sketches, reference images or ideas from scratch to create a one-of-a-kind kit.

Question 10

Do you make kits for other sports or only football?

Accepted Answer

Although our main focus is football, we make technical kits for basketball, handball, volleyball and other team sports.
